From a technology perspective, this organisation is a leader in its domain, significantly investing in AI and automation within an established cloud native (Azure), DevOps and Agile environment. We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with strong Frontend Development skills to design and develop interfaces for cloud-based SaaS and Mobile apps for emerging AI powered tools being built in house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for Mobile, SaaS and Microsoft Word Add-In solutions
- Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and Blazor within a .NET environment
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and end-users to translate requirements into elegant UI solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Ensure design consistency across platforms and compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Integrate APIs and backend services securely and efficiently
- Maintain scalable design documentation and UI component libraries
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven creative experience in UI/UX design and wireframing tools like Figma, Blasamiq or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Blazor and .NET (C#)
- Extensive experience with Mobile & SaaS product development and cloud deployment (Azure)
- Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility (WCAG)
- Ideally, some end to end automated testing exposure (e.g. Playwright)
- An interest or some experience in backend development beneficial but not essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
£65k-£75k + bonus + excellent benefits. London (City) & 70% remote.
