Outstanding opportunity to join this global enterprise and famous brand within the ‘magic circle’ of the legal sector. Subsequent to a recent merger, this business is going through a major transformation including the harmonization of its finance applications and their data.
As a Business Analyst Manager you will be managing a team of 3-4 Finance Business Analysts, working within the multi-national finance team, and will be responsible for delivering projects associated with finance transactional systems (inc. time & billing, G/L, P&L, tax).
Ideally, you’ll have an accounting background prior to moving into Finance Business Analysis and have a deep understanding of finance and accounting terminology, processes and systems.
You’ll require the following skills:
- A qualified accountant with relevant certifications (CIMA, ACCA, AAT)
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst with experience mapping & assessing finance systems, processes and policies in global environments
- Proven experience managing small, high performing teams of Finance Business Analysts
- Knowledge of a variety of enterprise scale finance ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, D365 Finance, Elite 3E, Aderant Expert)
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and requirements capture skills
- Experience of both change and project management (inc. tools like Monday.com)
- Basic SQL skills
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently in multi-national environments
- Whilst not an IT Business Analyst, experience working with Developers is required
- Ideally, experience in the legal sector or professional services (big 4) or banking
- A willingness to work in the office 3 days per week
£85k-£97.5k + bonus + excellent benefits. City of London, 40% remote.
