Finance Applications Support Analyst – Elite 3E (billing) or Aderant Expert, SQL, ITSM – Global

The Finance Systems Support Team is responsible for supporting core time & billing systems (Elite 3E), as well as ERP, expenses, and tax applications. They are seeking an experienced Senior Support Analyst with strong Elite 3E billing knowledge to join their global team. You\’ll need the following skills and experience:

• Significant application support experience with Elite 3E or Aderant Expert
• Deep technical expertise in practice management (PMS) billing systems
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrated by resolving complex user issues
• Experience working within structured ITSM frameworks
• Thorough change management and control background
• Experience in large, complex global enterprise settings
• Willingness to work onsite in the City three days per week

Salary: £57k-£72k plus bonus and benefits. Location: City of London (60%) and remote (40%).
