Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within retail or consumer‑facing environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of retail processes such as store operations, merchandising, stock management, fulfilment, and customer journeys.
