Were looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep experience across retail , travel , or hospitality applications to shape end-to-end solutions for high-scale digital and operational programmes. Youll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design architectures that are robust, modern, and ready to scale. What Youll Lead: End-to-end solution architecture across digital, commercial, and operational domains Design of customer-facing and colleague-facing applications across retail, travel, or hospitality journeys High-level and low-level designs that guide engineering teams with clarity and direction Integration patterns across booking, payments, loyalty, POS, supply chain, and in-store systems Architecture governance, technical assurance, and alignment to enterprise standards Collaboration with cross-functional squads (Product Owners, BAs, Engineers, UX) to drive delivery outcomes What You Bring: Strong background in retail , travel , or hospitality technology ecosystems Experience designing solutions for high-volume customer journeys (e.g., booking, check-in, e-commerce, POS, loyalty, fulfilment) Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams, shaping designs that are practical, scalable, and delivery-ready Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns Comfortable operating as a tech lead / agile architect within delivery squads Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders A degree in Computer Science (2:1 or above) A willingness to travel 1-2 days per week (the rest remote) £100k - £110k + bonus.
