- Strong skills in VB. NET, . NET Framework, XML, XSLT, and XPath.

- Experience with Azure Dev Ops.
- Power Platform experience, including Power BI, Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Power Automate, is a major plus.

Responsibilities
- Lead in-house customisation and development of Elite 3E.
- Build scalable, performant solutions using VB. NET, SQL, XML, XSLT, and XPath.
- Partner with Business Analysts and functional experts to turn requirements into technical designs.
- Guide technical discussions and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify risks early and design resilient, future-proof solutions.
- Produce clean, structured, reusable code aligned with best-practice standards.
- Champion continuous improvement and modern engineering approaches.
- Support colleagues across our global finance group with technical expertise.
