We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep experience across retail, travel, or hospitality applications to shape end-to-end solutions for high-scale digital and operational programmes. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design architectures that are robust, modern, and ready to scale.
What You'll Lead:- End-to-end solution architecture across digital, commercial, and operational domains
- Design of customer-facing and colleague-facing applications across retail, travel, or hospitality journeys
- High-level and low-level designs that guide engineering teams with clarity and direction
- Integration patterns across booking, payments, loyalty, POS, supply chain, and in-store systems
- Architecture governance, technical assurance, and alignment to enterprise standards
- Collaboration with cross-functional squads (Product Owners, BAs, Engineers, UX) to drive delivery outcomes
- Strong background in retail, travel, or hospitality technology ecosystems
- Experience designing solutions for high-volume customer journeys (e.g., booking, check-in, e-commerce, POS, loyalty, fulfilment)
- Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams, shaping designs that are practical, scalable, and delivery-ready
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
- Comfortable operating as a tech lead / agile architect within delivery squads
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- A degree in Computer Science (2:1 or above)
- A willingness to travel 1-2 days per week (the rest remote)
