Responsibilities
- Lead in‑house customisation and development within Elite 3E.
- Build performant, scalable solutions using VB. Net, SQL, XML, XSLT and XPath.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and functional experts to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, including complex technical and business discussions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the design process.
- Produce structured, reusable and well‑documented code aligned with coding standards and quality controls.
- Champion development best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support to colleagues across the Global Finance Group.
- Work directly with external vendors, particularly Elite, to implement and troubleshoot 3E solutions.
