Requirements
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Elite 3E IDE 2.7.
- Strong knowledge of VB. Net, . NET Framework, XML, XSLT and XPath.
- Excellent experience with MS Fabric and medallion architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and T‑SQL.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops.
- Power Platform experience, including Power BI, Power Apps, Logic Apps and Power Automate, is highly advantageous.
- Experience with Elite 3E Templates / Design Gallery is a strong plus.
- Microsoft SQL Reporting Services experience is beneficial.
- Prior experience in finance or legal environments is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of software development techniques for business‑critical systems.
- Analytical, inquisitive approach with the ability to diagnose complex issues.

Responsibilities
- Lead in‑house customisation and development within Elite 3E.
- Build performant, scalable solutions using VB. Net, SQL, XML, XSLT and XPath.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and functional experts to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, including complex technical and business discussions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the design process.
- Produce structured, reusable and well‑documented code aligned with coding standards and quality controls.
- Champion development best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support to colleagues across the Global Finance Group.
- Work directly with external vendors, particularly Elite, to implement and troubleshoot 3E solutions.
