CRM Implementation Programme Manager (Enterprise scale) – Salesforce, D365 (or similar)

We're looking for a seasoned CRM Programme Manager to take command of an enterprise scale CRM (SaaS) implementation , combining product deployment, accelerated software development, deep systems integration, complex data migration and major business process change. If you've led large-scale Salesforce or Dynamics 365 programmes (or similar) , you already know the scale of what's coming.
You'll be the person who cuts through noise, aligns senior stakeholders (both business & technical up to C X O level ), stabilises chaos, manages budgets between £5m - £50m and delivers greenfield implementation programmes with pace, discipline and absolute clarity.
What you'll be driving:
Total ownership of a mission-critical Salesforce or SaaS CRM implementation , with full accountability for the integrated plan, governance, controls and outcomes.
Leadership across a web of interdependent workstreams: CRM deployment, accelerated software development, integrations, data migration, testing, readiness and business change.
Rapid discovery that slices through assumptions, exposes gaps and sets a credible delivery baseline fast.
Hard oversight of complex integrations across legacy, bespoke and third-party systems with no blurred ownership, no vague dependencies.
High-volume, multi-system data migration with ruthless focus on quality, reconciliation and business continuity.
A disciplined programme cadence where senior PMs, architects, engineers and business leads deliver to aligned milestones.
Executive-level steering, where you present the truth (not the comfortable version) and secure decisions that unblock progress.
Governance that actually works: RAID, dependencies, change control, financials, resource planning, supplier management, benefits tracking.
A ring-fenced delivery engine that stays productive, aligned and resilient even when the programme hits turbulence.
A delivery methodology that blends enterprise CRM implementation, agile development and organisational transformation without losing control.

What you'll bring:
Enterprise-grade delivery leadership with the judgement, presence and technical depth to run a CRM programme that will be scrutinised at the highest levels.
10+ years delivering enterprise software programmes , including 5+ years running multi-workstream transformations.
Proven ownership of large-scale technology programmes (£5M–£50M+).
Strong experience delivering Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM implementations , including roadmap dependencies, custom development and complex acceptance governance.
Deep integration experience across legacy, bespoke and third-party platforms.
Heavy data migration and cutover experience in complex legacy environments.
Proven leadership of multiple PMs and large cross-functional delivery teams.
Elite programme governance capability.
C-suite and board-level communication experience.
Strong commercial judgement across suppliers, partners and contracts.
Ability to lead business and organisational change alongside technology delivery.
Gravitas, clarity, resilience and the ability to make tough calls under pressure.
Experience of multiple methodologies (inc. Agile) and the ability to implement an approach that is ‘fit for purpose'.
A willingness to work in office (London and Milton Keynes) 50% of the time (the rest remote)
