We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy waste management operation in Widnes (WA8). This is a hands-on role suited to someone experienced in mobile plant and site operations within a waste or recycling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Loading Shovel and 360 Excavator with rehandler attachment
- Loading, moving, and processing waste materials safely and efficiently
- Supporting general site operations as required
- Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping on site
Requirements
- Valid and proven experience operating: Loading Shovel, 360 Excavator with rehandler attachment
- Experience working within a waste or recycling environment (preferred)
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow site procedures
- Strong awareness of health & safety practices
- Reliable, flexible, and hardworking attitude
