About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Van Driver to join our waste and recycling team based in the Great Ashfield IP31 area. In this role, you will deliver new waste and recycling bins to residential and commercial locations, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company van to deliver new recycling and waste bins
- Follow planned delivery routes and schedules
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and report issues
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Work independently while meeting daily delivery targets
- Handle bins safely and in line with manual handling guidelines
Requirements
- Valid Standard B Class driving licence
- Previous van driving experience desirable
- Physically fit – manual handling required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
