Van Driver – Leeds (Skelton Grange)
£12.71 per hour | Overtime Available | Paid Breaks | £10 Daily Bonus
We are looking for a reliable and professional Van Driver to join our team based at our Leeds Skelton Grange depot.
This is a hands-on role delivering and exchanging waste bins and containers across customer sites. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in your work, and are looking for a stable role with good earning potential, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Get
- £12.71 per hour
- Guaranteed 40-hour contract
- Overtime paid at £15.81 per hour after 40 hours worked
- Paid 30-minute breaks
- £10 daily completion bonus (£50 per week)

- Standard UK driving licence accepted – no specialist licence required
The Role
- Collect, exchange and deliver waste bins and containers safely and efficiently
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and presentation
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Work safely and follow company procedures
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays on a rota basis
- Typical start time around 5:00am until finish
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)
- Previous van driving, delivery or collection experience preferred
- Good knowledge of the local area would be advantageous
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Reliable, self-motivated and customer focused
- Good communication and time management skills
