Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing

Shifts: Alternating Weekly Shifts

  • 04:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
  • 14:00 – 00:00, Monday to Thursday

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join our client, based in Stallingborough, Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a well-established company, offering competitive pay, regular hours, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Counterbalance FLT machinery safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload and transport materials across the site
  • Supply production areas with raw materials and remove finished products
  • Assist with warehouse and yard duties as required
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues
  • Ensure stock is handled, stored and moved correctly
  • Follow all site health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve operational targets
Essential
  • Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
  • Previous experience operating FLT machinery within a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
