Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join our client, based in Stallingborough, Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a well-established company, offering competitive pay, regular hours, and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Counterbalance FLT machinery safely and efficiently
- Load, unload and transport materials across the site
- Supply production areas with raw materials and remove finished products
- Assist with warehouse and yard duties as required
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues
- Ensure stock is handled, stored and moved correctly
- Follow all site health and safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve operational targets
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
- Previous experience operating FLT machinery within a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- £15.00 per hour paid weekly
- Consistent alternating shift pattern
