Resourcing Manager

Smart Solutions are pleased to be recruiting for a Resourcing Manager to join our team.
The Role
You will be required to support with all recruitment-based activities, alongside managing a team of Resourcing Partners to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
Normal duties will include advertising, registering and starting candidates, updating central management systems, dealing with general candidate enquiries, and supporting the team in any associated duties required to help supply a successful flexible workforce to our clients.
In addition, you will act as the main point of contact for our key clients, fielding queries, managing job vacancies from initial request through to placement, and ensuring service excellence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships, fostering collaboration between teams, and ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
This is a remote working role with the requirement to travel when required

Some of the Key Duties of the role:
- Manage, support, and develop a team of Resourcing Partners to meet targets and KPIs.
- Act as main client contact, delivering effective solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
- Oversee vacancies from job request to placement, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Source, pre-screen, and coach candidates to match client needs.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, inductions, and compliance checks.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and market talent proactively.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, company processes, and legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports.
Experience & Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in a recruitment background is essential
- Previous experience managing a team is essential
- Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage
- Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills
- Experience of delivering training
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and written is essential
- Very good level of numeracy
- Ability to multitask while under pressure
- Flexible, adaptable approach is essential
- Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car is an advantage
