Plant Operative
Location: Caythorpe, Lincolnshire
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6pm–4am (47.5 hours per week)
Overtime: Available at x 1.5 rate
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Plant Operative to join our team at Caythorpe recycling site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort recyclable materials and load/unload vehicles.
- Operate machinery, including balers and Cross Wrap machines (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Follow health and safety procedures and support daily site operations.
About You
- Practical attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong focus on safety and housekeeping.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- FLT licence is beneficial for this role.
