Smart Solutions are looking for an organised and proactive Operations / Accounts Administrator to join our team in Needham Market (IP6). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) on D365
- Handle invoice queries, liaising with depots and suppliers to resolve issues
- Match and process disposal invoices on D365
- Amend and update disposal rates on the in-house system
- Arrange recycling collections for customers through various hauliers
- Raise miscellaneous invoices for customers
- Book accommodation, flights, and train travel using our online travel management platform
- Process stationery orders through Officeteam (preferred supplier)
- Process PPE orders using preferred supplier SMI
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and depots
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently when needed
- Experience with D365 or similar systems is beneficial, but full training can be provided
- Previous administrative, operations or finance support experience is an advantage
