Location: Carberry, Musselburgh, East Lothian - EH21 area
Pay: £13 per hour (starting rate – negotiable)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Shifts: 6am–3pm or 9am–5pm
Overtime: Paid at 150% after 46.25 hours

Responsibilities:- Operating the weighbridge and administration systems accurately
- Recording vehicle weights and maintaining detailed records
- Handling phone and email enquiries professionally
- Providing general administrative support across the site
- Supporting managers and other departments when required
- Attending training and following operational procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- IT-literate and confident using computer systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Willingness to work unsociable hours if required
- Full UK driving license (fewer than 6 points) – company vehicles may be provided
- Experience in a transport office or similar role
- Knowledge of waste, recycling, or environmental operations
- Familiarity with Edinburgh and surrounding areas
