About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Multi Plant Operative to join a busy site in the Wembley area. You will be responsible for operating on a busy Recycling Transfer station yard, switching between Loading Shovel and 360 Grab and loading and unloading lorries and other yard operations as required by site management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile plant machinery safely and effectively
  • Load, move, and handle materials across site
  • Support day-to-day site operations
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Report defects, faults, and incidents to supervisors
  • Maintain constant communication with supervisors and team members
  • Follow all site health & safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with general site duties as required
  • Support investigations where required in line with company procedures

Requirements

  • Valid loading shovel and 360 licence
  • Experience operating mobile plant machinery
  • Previous experience in waste, recycling, or industrial environments preferred
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
  • Reliable, proactive, and a good team player

Desirable Experience

  • Loading shovel, telehandler, 360 excavator experience
  • Waste industry experience
  • Experience with conveyors, shredders, or screening equipment
