Location: Grimsby, DN41

Hours: 04:00 – 14:00 (Dayshift, Monday – Friday) and 14:00 – 00:00 (PM Shift, Monday to Thursday) alternating each week

Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour

About the Role: This is a full‑time, day‑shift role offering consistent hours and competitive pay. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate loading shovel
  • Load, unload, and transport materials around the site
  • Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as required
  • Carry out daily equipment inspections and report any defects
  • Follow all site health & safety procedures and company policies
  • Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve operational targets

Requirements

  • Valid Loading Shovel NPORS or CSCS certification (essential)
  • Previous experience operating machinery within an industrial or construction setting
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
