Key Responsibilities
- Operating Loading Shovel and 360 excavator safely and efficiently
- Supporting waste processing and recycling operations
- Loading, moving, and managing waste materials in line with site procedures
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
- Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting defects
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and site teams
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Loading Shovel and 360 NPORS licenses (must be in date)
- Experience working in waste, recycling, quarry, or industrial environments
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Reliable, flexible, and committed approach
- Ability to work days or nights on a rotating shift pattern
