Smart Solutions is recruiting HGV Class 2 Skip and RoRo Drivers to join a leading waste management company based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified Class 2 drivers looking to build their experience with a reputable employer offering ongoing work, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a clear path to a permanent position.
What We Offer:
- £16.50 per hour

- £250 bonus after 4 weeks

The Role:
As a Class 2 Skip / RoRo Driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery, exchange, and collection of skips and waste containers across commercial and domestic sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Class 2 Skip or RoRo vehicle safely and professionally
- Deliver and collect skips and containers across designated routes
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Ensure loads are secure and transported in accordance with regulations
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Comply with Driver Hours, Health & Safety, and company procedures
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- New pass drivers are welcome to apply
- Skip or RoRo experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays when required
