Load Shovel Operator - Morecambe
£14.00 per hour + £500 Starting Bonus
Location: Salt Ayre, Morecambe
Hours: 42 per week
Shifts: Tuesday-Saturday
Start Time: 6:00am (Saturday finish 1:00pm)
Start Date: Immediate
We are recruiting an experienced Load Shovel Operator for a busy waste management site in Morecambe.
Duties:
- Operating a loading shovel to move and load waste and recyclable materials
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining a safe, clean working environment
- Following Health & Safety procedures
- Supporting weighbridge duties when required
Requirements:
- Valid Load Shovel licence/certificate
- Previous loading shovel experience
- Good spoken and written English
- Reliable with a strong safety focus
