We are recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a busy waste collection team in the Oxted area. This is a local, ongoing role offering a great work-life balance, steady hours, and a £500 bonus.
The Role
- Driving a Class 2 refuse (dustcart/bin lorry) vehicle
- Working as part of a crew with loaders
- Collecting domestic waste across local routes
- Assisting with bins when required
- Ensuring all collections and missed bins are completed
This is a hands-on, active role, suited to drivers who are comfortable working outdoors and as part of a team.
What You’ll Get

What We’re Looking For
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence (minimum 6 months)
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 3 months Class 2 driving experience in the last 6 months
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Previous waste experience beneficial but not essential
