Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Loading Shovel Driver to join our client based in Colsterworth, Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy green waste recycling site supporting shredding and screening operations.
The Role:
- Operating a Loading Shovel safely and efficiently
- Feeding green waste materials into shredders
- Managing screening operations and material flow around the site
- Stockpiling and moving materials as required
- Carrying out daily machinery and safety checks
- Following all site health & safety procedures
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Weekly pay
Requirements:
- Valid Loading Shovel license (essential)
- Previous experience within waste, recycling, aggregates, or similar industries preferred
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
