About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join a busy green waste recycling site in Colsterworth, Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing operation, playing a key role in the handling and processing of green waste materials. You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently, supporting shredding and screening operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
- Feeding green waste materials into shredding machinery
- Supporting screening operations and material separation processes
- Sorting, moving, and managing materials around the site
- Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting any defects
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with other site duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Valid 360 Excavator licence/certification (essential)
- Previous experience operating a 360 excavator in a waste, recycling, aggregates, construction, or similar environment
- Experience working with shredding or screening operations would be advantageous
- Strong awareness of health and safety requirements
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
