About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join a busy green waste recycling site in Colsterworth, Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing operation, playing a key role in the handling and processing of green waste materials. You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently, supporting shredding and screening operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
  • Feeding green waste materials into shredding machinery
  • Supporting screening operations and material separation processes
  • Sorting, moving, and managing materials around the site
  • Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting any defects
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
  • Assisting with other site duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • Valid 360 Excavator licence/certification (essential)
  • Previous experience operating a 360 excavator in a waste, recycling, aggregates, construction, or similar environment
  • Experience working with shredding or screening operations would be advantageous
  • Strong awareness of health and safety requirements
  • Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
