The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

£12.88 per hour + shift allowance £2.01ph for days and £2.68ph for afternoons

07:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate 360 Grab / Excavator and Loading Shovel equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Transfer and distribute loose materials onto conveyor sort lines.
  • Monitor material volumes and distribution to maximise operational productivity.
  • Maintain continuous communication with site teams using radio systems.
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and report any defects or issues promptly.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
  • Support general site operations where required.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Valid, in-date 360 Grab / Excavator Licence
  • Valid Loading Shovel qualification/licence
  • Previous waste industry experience preferred but not essential as full training can be provided.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good awareness of site safety and operational procedures.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
