Key Responsibilities:- Operate 360 Grab / Excavator and Loading Shovel equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transfer and distribute loose materials onto conveyor sort lines.
- Monitor material volumes and distribution to maximise operational productivity.
- Maintain continuous communication with site teams using radio systems.
- Carry out routine equipment checks and report any defects or issues promptly.
- Follow all Health & Safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Support general site operations where required.
- Valid, in-date 360 Grab / Excavator Licence
- Valid Loading Shovel qualification/licence
- Previous waste industry experience preferred but not essential as full training can be provided.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good awareness of site safety and operational procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
