Our client is seeking a reliable and physically fit HGV Class 2 Driver to collect industrial and commercial waste. This is a lone driving role operating a flatbed lorry, with routes covering North Wales, Chester, and the Wirral. Full training is provided, so previous waste industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class 2 flatbed HGV
  • Complete all paperwork accurately for loads collected and delivered
  • Report delays, access issues, or contaminated loads promptly
  • Maintain accurate daily timesheets
  • Perform manual handling duties as required

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence, CPC, and Tacho Card
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling
  • Ability to work independently on lone driving routes

Working Hours:

Shifts start from 4:00am, with 9.5-hour paid days (job and knock) Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Overtime opportunities available.
