Smart Solutions in Caythorpe, Lincolnshire is seeking a hands-on Plant Operative to join our recycling site team. The role pays £14.00 per hour and runs Monday–Friday from 6pm to 4am, with 47.5 hours per week and overtime available at 1.5x rate.
Key duties include sorting recyclable materials, loading/unloading vehicles, operating balers and Cross Wrap machinery (training provided), and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while upholding health and safety procedures.
