3.5T Driver
Location: Dartford, DA2
Pay: £13.00 per hour, increasing to £18.03 per hour after 12 weeks
Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, 5 days out of 7
Start Time: 06:00
Hours: Must be flexible with working hours
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable 3.5T Driver to join our team in Dartford. This is a hands-on role involving customer deliveries, order assembly and heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 3.5-tonne vehicle to deliver customer orders
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time according to schedule
- Unload customer orders carefully, maintaining product integrity
- Assemble customer orders accurately
- Carry out heavy lifting and carrying as required, depending on customer locations
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers
- Complete all required delivery paperwork and procedures
- Carry out additional duties as required
Requirements
- Must hold a valid driving licence suitable for driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours and duties
- Physically fit, as the role involves regular heavy lifting and carrying
- Customer-focused and professional manner
