We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team within the waste management sector.
Monday to Friday
8:00am–5:00pm
£20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, service and repair mobile and static plant machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Work on equipment including loaders, conveyors, shredders, balers and compactors.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Maintain safe working practices and accurate maintenance records.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Plant Mechanic or Maintenance Fitter.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Experience with heavy plant or waste/recycling machinery is desirable.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused.
