Eden Rose are working with an exciting, fast-growing residential conveyancing business, who are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the team. You will be working in a very busy department using case management software to undertake volume conveyancing transactions.
We’re seeking individuals who:
- Have fee-earning experience in conveyancing or a similar property law setting.
- Possess a sound understanding of residential property law, conveyancing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Have a strong ability to engage with clients, third parties, and colleagues with professionalism and clarity.
- Can manage a high volume of files while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Are able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Can collaborate effectively with colleagues, but also work independently to deliver results.
- Have experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
