Litigation Solicitor Location: Swansea Salary: Competitive Salary dependent on experience Position: Full Time and Permanent. Hybrid option. Eden Rose are working with a Legal 500 commercially minded firm, who have an exciting opportunity for Civil Litigation Solicitor to work within this highly regarded litigation department. Acting for a primarily commercial client base, with a significant caseload of medium to high value property disputes and commercial litigation matters, representing clients as claimant or defendant both regionally and nationally. The team’s workload is varied and challenging. You will be exposed to high quality work advising and representing clients in matters that will include: * Breach of contract claims, director/shareholder disputes, warranty claims, debt recovery, insolvency, fraud and professional negligence. * Commercial rent arrears, service charge disputes, dilapidation claims, forfeiture proceedings for business lease breaches, business lease renewal proceedings, residential lease extension proceedings, adverse possession claims, applications for title rectification to the Land Registry, declaratory relief proceedings, nuisance claims, disrepair matters, business rates disputes, residential tenancy possession claims and right of way, restrictive covenant and boundary disputes. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in either commercial litigation, property litigation, or contentious probate. Whilst you will be initially responsible for assisting the Litigation Directors, you will need the ability to develop your own caseload and have the opportunity to assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships. You will need to be a team player, driven, confident, have strong academics, an interest in business development and good commercial awareness.
