The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

One of Swansea's highly regarded and established law firms is looking to appoint an experienced full-time or part-time Property Lawyer (Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer) to their market-leading residential property conveyancing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold Sales and Purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
  • Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
  • Managing all post-completion formalities.

We’re seeking individuals who:

  • Minimum 3 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
  • Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
