One of Swansea's highly regarded and established law firms is looking to appoint an experienced full-time or part-time Property Lawyer (Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer) to their market-leading residential property conveyancing department.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold Sales and Purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
- Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion.
- Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Managing all post-completion formalities.
We’re seeking individuals who:
- Minimum 3 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience.
- Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
- Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
