Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a Loading Shovel Driver to join our successful client based in the Middlesbrough TS2 area. Our client is a leader in pelletising commercial and industrial waste for waste-to-energy facilities.
Loading Shovel - Duties & Responsibilities- Operate Loading Shovel Truck to perform various tasks including tipping and loading of vehicle outside in all weather conditions
- Drive loading shovel to transport materials within the facility & ensure health & safety standards are met
- Load outgoing vehicles and separate waste
- Transport material, feed lines and hoppers with material for process
- Support general yard operations & cooperate with site management as required
- Empty chutes and bunkers
- Valid Loading Shovel license
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Previous experience within a waste & recycling industrial environment would be an advantage
