Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Plant Runner / SCADA Operator to support the day-to-day operation of a busy plant in Rugby.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is safety-conscious, observant and willing to learn. You will be responsible for monitoring plant assets, carrying out regular checks and supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant assets and operational performance.
• Carry out regular checks around the plant.
• Monitor CCTV and identify any operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with mobile plant operators.
• Accurately record downtime, stoppages and operational issues.
• Assist the maintenance team with blockages and cleaning.
• Carry out general plant and site duties as required.
• Report any faults, issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all site Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We Offer:

• £13.30 per hour.
• 45 hours per week.
