This role is advertised by Smart Solutions on behalf of our client, who is looking for a Recycling Operative. Pay starts at £12.91 per hour and rises to £14.88–£15.92 per hour after 12 weeks. The role is based in Bromborough (Wirral) and is commutable from Deeside, Wirral, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- The Recycling Operative carries out street cleaning duties or refuse loading duties depending on requirement for that day.
- It is a multi‑skilled role that demands flexibility, a can‑do attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Working Hours and Pay
- Monday – Friday 06:00 – 15:30.
- Mandatory overtime (150% pay rate) applies where applicable.
- Pay after 12 weeks is £14.88–£15.92 per hour.
