Smart Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join their growing waste management operation in Sheffield.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for collecting trade waste from commercial customers across the local area, ensuring collections are completed safely, efficiently and in line with all driving and waste regulations.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- . Collect trade waste from commercial customers
- . Complete all required paperwork accurately
- . Complete daily timesheets for jobs undertaken
- . Report delays caused by traffic, weather or vehicle breakdowns
- . Report access issues and record contaminated loads
- . Work independently or support the crew with loading waste
- . Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
