We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing tipper work based in the Preston area. This is consistent, long-term work within construction and bulk materials. Suitable for drivers looking for steady hours and regular work Monday to Friday.

The Role

  • You will be operating 8-wheeler tipper vehicles transporting aggregates and bulk materials between construction and commercial sites.
  • Work is straightforward site-to-site driving with clear instructions and planned routes.

Working Pattern

  • Monday to Friday with some nights out required
  • Early starts, steady daytime hours
  • Occasional weekend work
  • Ongoing full-time work

Key Duties

  • Driving Class 2 tipper vehicles safely and professionally
  • Delivering and collecting materials between sites
  • Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
  • Following site rules and health & safety procedures
  • Completing basic paperwork

Requirements

  • HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Experience in Class 2 driving preferred
  • Tip / bulk / construction experience desirable but not essential
  • Reliable and safety-focused attitude
