Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operator
Location: Bargeddie
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 4 on / 4 off
Pay Rate: £13.82 per hour (weekly paid)
Smart solutions are recruiting Multi-Skilled Operators for a recycling plant in Bargeddie. This is a on going position on a 4-on/4-off day shift pattern.
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on a wide range of tasks.
Key Duties:
Operating the baler
FLT work including moving and stacking bales
Yard work and litter picking
Industrial cleaning
Weighbridge operation (computer-based)
General site support as required
Requirements:
Valid FLT licence
Experience with weighbridge systems preferred
Ability to carry out a range of manual tasks
Reliable and flexible approach to work
Additional Info:
Full training and PPE provided
Weekly pay at £13.82 per hour
