The Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The role involves working across a range of commercial, industrial and educational sites, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance alongside small works.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault-find and repair electrical systems
- Complete minor installations, upgrades, rewires and refurbishment works
- Carry out testing and inspection of electrical installations
- Complete job sheets, reports and RAMS
- Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts
- Price and quote small works where required
- Ensure all work meets BS7671, CDM and health
