I'm currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a highly successful company within the fire and life safety sector. The Role

As part of a busy and supportive team, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales function and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Chasing quotations and following up with existing customers
  • Supporting the sales team with administration and documentation
  • Managing customer records and ensuring information is accurate
  • Document control and maintaining company systems
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent service
  • Assisting with proposals, quotations and sales administration
  • Building relationships with customers and internal departments
  • Helping drive opportunities from existing enquiries

Package
  • £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary DOE
