Commercial Gas Engineer in Swindon

Location: South West – Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire & Oxfordshire Salary: £52,000 per year DOE Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm Call-Out: 1 in 5, with double time and retention payment Experience: Minimum 5 years The Role You will be working across schools, leisure centres and hotels, carrying out commercial gas works, maintenance and installations to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Commercial gas installation, maintenance and fault finding * Working across schools, leisure centres and hotels * Installing pipework and associated equipment * Working effectively as part of a team * Completing work safely and to a high standard * Participating in a 1-in-5 call-out rota About You * Minimum 5 years’ commercial gas engineering experience * Commercial gas qualifications essential * Domestic gas qualifications essential * Oil qualifications/experience desirable * Strong technical and fault-finding skills * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving licence Package * £52,000 per year depending on experience * Company van * Fuel card * 30 days holiday including bank holidays * Travel time paid * Overtime available * Saturday overtime at 1.5x * Sunday overtime at double time * 1-in-5 call-out rota * Double time for call-outs * Call-out retention payment
