  • Mechanical/Electrical Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of LTHW hot water systems, pumps, inverter drives, and LV power generation/distribution.
  • Technical Systems: Proficiency in software-based control systems (e.g., Comap, Web Supervisor, or Inteli Monitor).
  • Qualifications: Essential requirements include a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification and IEE 18th Edition certification.
  • IT Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Office and experienced in using laptop-based engine analysis tools.

Desirable Attributes

  • MWM Training or Gas Safe qualification.
  • Experience with building services plant such as HVAC or BMS.
  • Knowledge of BMS protocol languages like Modbus, Profibus, or BACNet.
  • Possession of a CSCS card and a personal mechanical/electrical toolkit.
