Your day-to-day will include:

- Supporting installation and commissioning teams where servicing expertise is required
- Participating in an on-call rota as an escalation-level engineer
This role plays a key part in maintaining system integrity, client confidence and long-term service relationships.
Technical Scope
- CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Detection systems
- Preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repair and recommissioning
- Legacy and modern platforms

- Solid knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire systems
- Familiarity with BS5839, BS7671 and industry codes of practice
- Confident, professional client-facing communication
- Ability to manage workload and priorities independently
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Ability to pass background vetting / BPSS or SC clearance
Desirable but not essential:
- IP networking knowledge
- Level 3 (or higher) electrical/electronic qualification
- ECS / CSCS card
- FIA modules or fire systems training
- Manufacturer training (e.g. Paxton, Avigilon, Gallagher, Salto, Texecom, Hikvision)
Salary & Package
- £46,000 – £50,000 basic salary
- Paid on-call rota
- Monthly travel costs covered
- Company phone, tools, uniform and PPE
- Fully funded, role-relevant training and certifications
- Employee ownership scheme (after qualifying period)
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
