Are you an experienced Fire & Security Installation Engineer looking to join a company that genuinely invests in its people and rewards you properly for your time in the field? We are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading, well-known fire and security business with an outstanding reputation across South Wales. Due to continued growth and major contract wins, they are expanding their installation team and want engineers who care about quality and want real career progression.
What You Get
- £38,000 basic salary
- Door-to-door pay you are paid from the moment you leave home (first half hour travel each way unpaid)
- Time and a half overtime with plenty available
- Monday to Friday only, no weekends
- 40 hours per week, 07:30 - 16:00
- Structured training programmes, progression and manufacturer courses

The Work
This role is installation focused and includes a high volume of:
- CCTV projects, particularly IP-based systems
- Access Control installations
- Door Entry and Intercoms
- Intruder Alarms
- Fire Alarm systems
- Integrated fire and security solutions
Good IP knowledge is required, as much of the work involves networked CCTV and Access Control environments across commercial sites.
