We are seeking an electrically biased Service Engineer to join our team, focusing on clients within the Northwest (Manchester and Lancashire) area. While an electrical bias is preferred, we are open to candidates with a balanced 50/50 mechanical and electrical skill set, provided they possess expert-level knowledge of CNC controls.
Proficient in Heidenhain, Siemens, and Fanuc CNC Machine Tool Controls.
Customer Relations: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing field service role.
Compensation & Hours
- Door-to-Door Pay: Engineers are paid for all travel time.
- Monday Thursday: 08:00 17:00
- Overtime Rates:
- Weekdays (outside core hours): 1.33x
- Saturdays: 1.5x
- Sundays: Ford Transit Van (available for optional personal use)
Tools: Company mobile phone and laptop provided.
Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
Healthcare: Private healthcare coverage (available after 6 months, with family add-on options).
Pension: Competitive scheme (8% Employer / 5% Employee contribution).
Additional: Annual bonus scheme and SSP (after the first 3 days of absence).
