Heating & HVAC Estimator in Peterborough

Location: Peterborough Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role * Prepare estimates and quotations for planned and reactive maintenance, including labour, materials and subcontractor costs. * Review site information, drawings and specifications, liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to confirm scope and pricing. * Work with the operations and project teams to ensure quotations meet client requirements, contract terms and relevant regulations. * Manage outstanding quotations, maintain accurate CAFM records and support the handover of successful works to the project team. * Identify additional works and support the wider sales and estimating process. About You * OFTEC qualification or strong working knowledge of OFTEC-regulated systems – essential. * Gas qualification or strong working knowledge of gas systems – essential. * Previous estimating experience within commercial or industrial building services/maintenance. * Strong technical knowledge of oil-fired heating, gas, air conditioning/refrigeration and associated M&E equipment. * Experience with SFG20 and CAFM systems is desirable. * Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. * Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers while managing multiple quotations and deadlines. * NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent is desirable.
