Installation Engineer Position
Salary: 40,000 – 48,000 (dependent on experience)
Earnings Potential: Up to 50,000 + Company Vehicle

Job Purpose
As an Installation Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for installing Fire Detection equipment, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems throughout London and the Southeast. We are looking for experienced engineers to work on a variety of projects.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have several years of experience in installing intruder alarms and/or fire detection systems. Experience with access control and CCTV systems is highly desirable. Key skills and experience include:
- Installation of Intruder Alarms
- Installation of Access Control / Door Entry Systems
- Installation of Fire Detection Systems
- Knowledge of IP & Analogue CCTV Systems with basic networking skills
- Familiarity with Dual Com Monitoring
- Understanding of Communication Devices
- Experience with Conventional & Wireless Intruder Alarm Systems
- Experience with Conventional, Addressable & Wireless Fire Alarm Systems
- Knowledge of Major Brands of Panels & App-based Systems
- Maintenance of Emergency Lighting
- Familiarity with NSI Codes of Practice for Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance
- Knowledge of Current Industry Standards (EN50131, PD6662, DD243, BS4737, BS8243)
- Experience in Commissioning

Hours and Additional Information
Standard working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on start and finish times. The role may involve working at height and can be physically demanding. A full UK driving license is required for the company vehicle, and you will need to travel to various sites in your area.
