The Role Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and commissioning across oil-fired heating, gas and associated HVAC systems.
Complete service reports, compliance records and CAFM updates, while ensuring work meets relevant regulations, RAMS and site requirements.
Liaise with the client and helpdesk, identify additional works, manage spares and maintain safe plant room/work areas.
Participate in the on-call rota and provide support for reactive issues when required.
About You OFTEC and Gas qualifications are essential, with Gas Safe or ACS advantageous.
Commercial or industrial maintenance experience, with strong knowledge of oil-fired heating and gas systems.
Experience with air conditioning/refrigeration and SFG20 maintenance is desirable.
Good fault-finding, health & safety and client-facing skills, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable using CAFM systems/tablets and holding a full UK driving licence.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent is desirable.
